PRODUCT & APPLICATION DEVELOPEMENT CENTER 

Gharda has set up a state-of-the-art application development center for polymers at Dombivili, which is a suburb of Mumbai. The center is equipped with most mordern facilities for Polymer testing and application development and prototyping. Some of the polymer testing and analysis equipment include DSC, TGA, High temperature GPC , UTM, Impact tester, Taber Abrader, Xray diffractometer (XRD), Macbeth Colour spectrophotometer etc. The application lab is also equiped with ZSK 26 twin screw extruder, Arburg Injection moulding, Labthink Compression Moulding press, surface coating equipments and stock shape extruders.

The center is fully capable of detailed prototyping study to help develop and application at customers.
